Lead payroll and HR information operations for a commerce software business, coordinating compliance and reliable employee payments. Manage regular US payroll, off-cycle payments and incentive processing. Validate time records and coordinate employee benefit changes. Oversee tax reporting and year-end payroll documentation. Lead payroll operating improvements and longer-term functional planning. The position calls for 8+ years of relevant experience with senior leadership responsibility.
