- Your SMS consent choice, the wording and version shown, submission time and the page used to provide consent.
- Your name, email address, message and selected topic when you contact us.
Hosting infrastructure may process connection information, such as an IP address, browser type, requested pages, timestamps and technical error logs, to deliver and protect the website. A connected form service may also record IP address, user agent and consent evidence to process and document a request.
If a form displays a preview-only result, the entered details are processed in your browser for that page session and are not submitted by that form to a subscription or messaging service. Connected forms send the submitted details to the configured service when you submit them.
