The opportunity

Overview

Lead warehouse supervisors and associates while improving fulfillment performance and team development. Coach supervisors and warehouse teams against daily operating goals. Analyze performance and adjust priorities as business needs change. Support site planning and operational improvement projects. Coordinate onboarding and cross-training with partner teams. The position calls for 5+ years of people leadership in a warehouse or manufacturing setting. Experience setting operating standards and influencing other managers.

What you’ll do

What you’ll bring

  • 5+ years of people leadership in a warehouse or manufacturing setting.
  • Experience setting operating standards and influencing other managers.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.

Schedule

  • Wednesday–Saturday, with availability between 7:00 a.m. and 5:30 p.m.
  • Flexibility for issues outside standard hours.

Compensation

$55,900 – $85,000
