PRIVACY
A considered approach to personal details
This notice describes how Dress Canvas LLC approaches information connected with company inquiries, direct part-time interests, and Dress Canvas Studio Calls. It keeps the purpose of a conversation separate from the additional permission required for recurring marketing SMS.
Effective date: 2026-09-08
The context of this notice
The notice applies to information you choose to provide in connection with this company and its recruiting program. A relevant communication may concern a part-time interest, a question, or a privacy preference. Ordinary request information may be handled by an active hosting service to deliver pages and maintain security; unrelated advertising profiling is not authorized here.
Leave out what the question does not need
A company note may include your name, email, topic, message, relevant interest, or availability. A separate SMS interaction may involve a number and consent, opt-out, or help preferences. Please exclude government identity records, payment information, confidential collection files, and personal details about others that are not necessary to address your request.
Use the detail for its stated purpose
When an appropriate communication service is in use, supplied information may help answer a question, discuss direct part-time tasks, manage a requested preference, or meet a legal obligation. It should be relevant to that purpose. Discussing garment-copy work or preparing an interest note does not grant permission to send recurring marketing texts.
Mobile details are not another marketer's list
Dress Canvas LLC does not share mobile information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS opt-in data and consent are not sold, rented, or shared for others' marketing. Necessary delivery, hosting, security, and compliance providers may process limited information only to support those service functions.
Support without unrestricted access
A provider performing communication, hosting, security, or compliance work may need relevant information when that service is active. Access should stay within what the task requires. Appropriate disclosures may also occur to comply with law, respond to valid legal process, investigate misuse, protect safety, or defend rights, rather than create an unrelated promotional audience.
Keep information only as long as needed
Retention depends on the reason information was provided, the status of the interaction, and applicable obligations. Remove or de-identify details when they are no longer needed and doing so is appropriate. Limited opt-out or suppression information may still be necessary to respect a request not to receive further program messages.
Take care while recognizing the limits
Reasonable access controls and administrative and technical safeguards should fit the services and information involved. Absolute security cannot be promised for any communication method. Avoid sending sensitive records through general correspondence. A security concern can be described without repeating confidential credentials or adding personal material that is unnecessary to investigate it.
Your choices and the intended audience
Write to white@dresscanvasllc.com to ask about access, correction, deletion, or another applicable privacy right, subject to law and legitimate retention duties. Reply STOP to opt out of DCV messages or HELP for assistance. The company site and recruiting program are intended for adults, not children under 18; we do not knowingly seek children's information.
